Position Summary: The Medical Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing GRHC’s Student Program. Ensures the provision of coordinated, patient-centered care. Maintains strong open communication with other employees / departments and external entities via email, letters, telephone, SM and community outreach. Serves as primary point of contact for the department regarding any Student Program questions or concerns.

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, Days, 8hour shift
• Location: Sacaton, AZ

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in education or healthcare related field, Master’s preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in medical education programs preferred
• Experience with practicums, internships, and clinical experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Online virtual meeting platforms
• Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services. Native American population experience preferred.
